HOCKEY – Hungry Hamours defeated Galali Hockey Club 6-0 in the opening match of the Bahrain Hockey Association’s (BHA) 2025 Six-a-Side Field Hockey League.
The tournament was officially inaugurated by Bahrain Cricket Federation advisory board chairman Mohammed Mansoor, while BHA president Sami Ali, general secretary Malik Awan, and league director Rubert Castellino were also on hand.
Five teams are competing in the event, including the Hamours, Galali, Malik Hockey Club, Youngstars, and Bahrain Hockey Club.
Malik claimed a 5-2 win over Youngstars in the other contest on opening night.
