Families across Bahrain who prefer a cosy celebration at home this winter will find a welcome helping hand from Sheraton Bahrain Hotel, which has rolled out a generous festive takeaway offer that runs until January 7 next year.
The five-star hotel’s &More outlet has put together turkey takeaway boxes, each featuring a homely spread built around a traditional roasted turkey to bring the warmth and joy of the festive season straight to your dining table.
“Whether you’re gathering with loved ones or sharing a meal with friends, our festive offerings promise to create unforgettable moments around the table,” the hotel said in a statement.
The centrepiece is a whole roasted turkey offered in two sizes. Prices begin at BD145, and suit gatherings of four to six, with a larger option designed for slightly bigger groups of six to eight people.
Those who prefer minimal carving, without compromising flavour, can opt for a deboned turkey log that feeds six to eight.
Each order comes with classic trimmings such as sage and onion stuffing, turkey gravy and cranberry sauce.
Complementing the main course is the comforting roasted pumpkin soup, served with a freshly baked loaf of country bread – adding a warm touch to the dining experience.
The feast is further elevated with an array of delightful side dishes, including traditional Waldorf salad with roasted walnuts, confit garlic and herb baked potatoes, buttered green beans with toasted almonds, creamy mashed sweet potatoes, honey-glazed carrots sprinkled with crushed hazelnuts, and glazed chestnuts.
And to round out the feast and end on a sweet note, the hotel team has prepared a selection of special seasonal tarts including pumpkin, apple crumble, or pecan.
