Two men, aged 25 and 28, have been arrested in connection with the alleged murder of another man following a brawl in Budaiya, the Interior Ministry said.
Upon receiving the report, the Criminal Investigation Department of the General Directorate of Criminal Investigation and Forensic Evidence launched an immediate investigation to gather evidence. The suspects were identified and apprehended within one hour of the incident being reported.
The suspects were arrested while attempting to flee the country via the King Fahad Causeway.
The ministry confirmed that the murder weapon has been seized and all necessary legal procedures are being followed.
