GUATEMALA CITY - Guatemala's civil police said on Sunday morning that authorities had regained control of Renovacion I, one of the three prisons where inmates rioted and took hostages the day before.
The release of the hostages held at the prison leaves 37 hostages still being held at two other prisons.
