Under the presidency of Bahrain, Manama will host the 16th Plenary Session of the Asian Parliamentary Assembly (APA) on January 24-28, reflecting the kingdom’s advanced standing in regional and international parliamentary engagement and its role in promoting parliamentary dialogue and co-operation among Asian states.
The session is being organised in line with the directives of Parliament Speaker and Parliamentary Division Executive Committee President Ahmed Al Musallam, with direct follow-up by the General Secretariats of the Shura Council and Parliament .
