Sultan Haitham bin Tarik has sent a written message to President Ilham Aliyev of the Republic of Azerbaijan, pertaining to the amicable bilateral relations between the two countries and their peoples, and avenues for their advancement across all spheres.
The message was handed over by Saif bin Rashid Al Jahwari, Ambassador of the Sultanate of Oman to the Republic of Turkey, concurrently as Non-Resident Ambassador to the Republic of Azerbaijan, during a meeting with Jeyhun Bayramov, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan, in Baku.
During the meeting, the Ambassador conveyed the greetings and sincere wishes of His Majesty the Sultan to President Ilham Aliyev of the Republic of Azerbaijan, wishing him enduring health and happiness, and the Azerbaijani people continued progress and prosperity.
In turn, Jeyhun Bayramov, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan, asked the Ambassador to convey the greetings of the President of Azerbaijan, to His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik, along with his warm wishes of continued progress and prosperity for His Majesty and the Omani people.
