His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, today met with Allison Hooker, Under Secretary of State for Political Affairs of the United States of America, at Gudaibiya Palace.
During the meeting, HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister emphasised the strength of the longstanding Bahrain-US strategic partnership, which is underpinned by multisectoral collaboration and agreements, including the Comprehensive Security Integration and Prosperity Agreement (CSIPA).
His Royal Highness welcomed the mutual commitment between both countries to further bolstering the bilateral partnership across various sectors and aligned with mutual interests.
HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister underscored the vital role of the United States, alongside allied countries, in safeguarding regional and international stability and in supporting sustainable development.
His Royal Highness also outlined the Kingdom’s aspirations for the Board of Peace to achieve its objectives in enhancing security and stability for all.
In addition, opportunities to enhance collaboration, issues of common interest, and the latest regional and international developments were reviewed.
His Highness Shaikh Isa bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Minister of the Prime Minister’s Court, and His Excellency Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, Minister of Finance and National Economy, also attended the meeting.
