Deputy King His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa has noted Bahrain’s unwavering support for the private sector.
This is aimed at further enhancing the kingdom’s investment position and contributing to its comprehensive development, led by His Majesty King Hamad, he said.
HRH the Deputy King highlighted the progress witnessed in co-operation between international organisations and Bahrain across various fields during a meeting with United Nations Industrial Development Organisation (Unido) director general Gerd Müller at Riffa Palace yesterday.
Turning to the World Entrepreneurs Investment Forum 2026, HRH Prince Salman noted its important role of promoting international strategic partnerships and generating findings that contribute to sustainable development.
HRH the Deputy King wished the forum continued success.
Mr Müller is visiting Bahrain to participate in the forum.
He expressed his appreciation for HRH Prince Salman’s commitment to strengthening the partnership between Bahrain and Unido.
He also wished the kingdom and its people further progress and prosperity.
Cabinet Affairs Minister Hamad Al Malki and Industry and Commerce Minister Abdulla bin Adel Fakhro also attended the meeting.
