Maintenance works at mosques in Hamad Town, including expansions, new parking areas and construction, have been expedited ahead of the holy month.
This was revealed during an inspection by Northern Municipal Council member Abdulla Al Qubaisi, who confirmed that, in co‑operation with the Justice, Islamic Affairs and Endowments Ministry’s Sunni and Jaffari Endowments Directorates, work has been completed at two mosques – the Sayida Zainab Mosque in Block 1209 and the Fatima Bint Al Rasool Mosque in Block 1210 .
