The Survey and Land Registration Bureau (SLRB) has launched a new version of the ‘Taa’kud’ service, which introduces a feature enabling users to view property prices.
The addition aims to enhance transparency and provide reliable information to support decision-making in the real estate sector, it said yesterday.
Through the service, beneficiaries can access average property prices within the block in which a property is located by entering either the block number or the property number.
Price indicators covering the past three years are displayed based on accurate and reliable data, enabling users to track real estate market trends and assess the actual value of a property in light of transactions involving comparable properties in the same area.
SLRB president Bassem Al Hamer emphasised that the indicators provided are for guidance purposes and reflect market movement during the specified periods.
