The General Authority for the Care of the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet's Mosque has launched a comprehensive operational system to serve millions of worshippers during Ramadan.
This large-scale effort features over 47,000 zamzam water dispensers, 60,000 prayer rugs, and nearly 20,000 personnel working around the clock.
To ensure comfort and accessibility, the authority has prepared 451 prayer areas, operated 370 air conditioning units, and provided over 10,000 wheelchairs for the elderly and people with disabilities.
These extensive preparations, ranging from the maintenance of 250,000 lighting units to the installation of high-quality sound systems, reflect the Kingdom’s leadership in providing a seamless, tranquil, and spiritually uplifting environment for visitors to the two holy mosques.
