Seventy per cent of public employees will be working remotely beginning tomorrow (Mar 1) until further notice, the Civil Service Bureau announced.
Employees from vital services and sectors, especially emergency services and sectors related to public safety, will continue work as usual.
"Remote work has been activated in all ministries and government bodies, except those that require personal attendance,” read the statement.
It has not yet been specified which sectors will switch to remote work.
