The Southern Governorate has suspended the camping season until further notice to ensure the safety of residents amid the current situation in Bahrain.
Authorities announced that tents and other camping equipment are being removed from sites in Sakhir, with the process set to continue until Friday, March 6.
The decision follows retaliatory Iranian drone attacks that began on Saturday, February 28, after US and Israeli strikes, prompting authorities to impose restrictions on public gatherings.
