Eight individuals have been arrested after posting content that sympathised with the Iranian aggression from the outset.
According to the Interior Ministry, the content posted by these individuals constituted a betrayal of the nation and a clear violation of its values and principles.
The material included AI-generated images depicting damage to homes across the country, contributing to fearmongering among citizens and residents.
The ministry stated that necessary legal proceedings have been initiated and those arrested have been referred to the Public Prosecution.
The ministry also urged the community to refrain from circulating unverified content and to only obtain information from official sources.
