Four individuals have been arrested for allegedly posting videos and imagery of Iranian strikes on Bahrain while sympathising with the aggression, according to the Interior Ministry.
The Cybercrime Department of the General Directorate of Anti-Corruption, Economic and Electronic Security detained the individuals.
They also stand accused of publishing false news which constitutes treason against Bahrain through their social media accounts, misleading public opinion, spreading fear and harming security and public order.
