Four individuals have been arrested for allegedly posting videos and imagery of Iranian strikes on Bahrain while sympathising- with the aggression, according to the Interior Ministry.
The Cybercrime Department of the General Directorate of Anti-Corruption, Economic and Electronic Security detained the individuals. They also stand accused of publishing false news – which constitutes treason against Bahrain – through their social media accounts, misleading public opinion, spreading fear and harming security and public order.
