The Foreign Ministry continues its efforts to facilitate the return of Bahraini citizens currently abroad through land border crossings, as part of its ongoing monitoring of current regional developments and its commitment to ensuring the safety and security of Bahraini citizens.
These efforts are being undertaken in co-ordination with the relevant authorities in Bahrain and their counterparts in GCC member states, with the aim of ensuring the safe and smooth return of citizens to the kingdom and providing the necessary facilitation during border crossing procedures.
The ministry is also closely monitoring, around the clock, the situation of Bahraini citizens abroad through direct communication with Bahrain’s diplomatic missions, and is working to provide the necessary support and assistance to those wishing to return.
This reflects the kingdom’s full preparedness and swift response to various developments, and underscores Bahrain’s constant commitment to caring for and supporting its citizens wherever they may be.
The ministry renewed its call for Bahraini citizens abroad to register through the following electronic link in order to update their contact details and residency information: https://registration.mofaservices.gov.bh/
In cases of emergency or to request assistance, citizens may immediately contact the kingdom’s diplomatic missions abroad or the Foreign Ministry’s Contact and Follow-up Centre, which operates round the clock, at 0097317227555.
