Amid the Iranian attacks targeting Bahrain and other Gulf countries, Bahraini families, community leaders, business figures, sports and cultural clubs, and civil society organisations have issued statements emphasising their support for the kingdom, national unity, and loyalty under the leadership of His Majesty King Hamad.
Additional statements were issued by 1,000 Bahraini families, community leaders, business figures, sports and cultural clubs, and civil society organisations, bringing the total issued statements to 8,500.
The statements confirmed their unity around the national leadership under the King and expressed confidence in the measures taken by the government, led by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, to confront the Iranian attacks.
They commended the Bahrain Defence Force and its personnel for their high readiness, competence, and vigilance in responding to assaults targeting civilian sites and private property, describing these attacks as serious violations of the principles of good neighbourliness and as a direct threat to regional peace and security.
