HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister has affirmed that investing in Bahraini youth – through scholarship programmes, academic support and opportunity creation – remains central to preparing generations capable of advancing the kingdom’s comprehensive development, led by His Majesty King Hamad.
His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, made the statement as he yesterday met the 27th intake of the Crown Prince’s International Scholarship Programme (CPISP), along with their parents and members of the CPISP Board of Directors, at Riffa Palace.
He congratulated the students on their admission to the programme, commending their dedication, excellence and outstanding achievements, which reflect the ambition and capabilities of Bahraini citizens.
He commended parents for their vital role in supporting their children’s higher education aspirations and wished the students continued success in achieving their ambitions and contributing to the kingdom’s progress and development.
HRH Prince Salman noted that the students’ strong performance in the interviews and assessments reflects the ambition and determination of Bahraini youth to achieve the highest levels of success.
“Investing in education and upskilling consolidates the presence of national talent across leadership and innovation, contributing to building a more prosperous future for the kingdom.
“The continued development of high-quality educational programmes is essential for equipping future generations with the skills required to adapt to global changes and create new opportunities,” he emphasised.
HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister highlighted the importance of advancing initiatives and programmes that contribute to enhancing students’ capabilities, supporting their academic and professional development.
He expressed his thanks and appreciation to the CPISP staff and supporting institutions for their efforts in ensuring the programme’s success and strengthening its outcomes since its inception.
