BAHRAINI fencers Ali Alamiri, Abdulkarim Saad, and Hamad Alatawi had commendable performances yesterday but were all eliminated from further contention in their respective men’s foil competitions at the fourth GCC Games in Doha, Qatar.
Alamiri won one of his six bouts, drew another and lost four in pool one. In pool two, Saad won three of his five bouts, while in the third pool, triumphed in just one of his six bouts.
