Chef Ozden joins the property following his time within Hilton’s luxury portfolio, most recently at Waldorf Astoria Dubai Palm Jumeirah, where he played a key role in leading culinary operations across diverse dining concepts and large-scale hotel experiences.
Throughout his career, he has built a reputation for combining operational excellence with a calm and collaborative leadership style, mentoring teams while staying closely connected to the kitchen and guest experience.
Now leading the culinary direction at DoubleTree by Hilton Dubai M Square Hotel & Residences, Chef Ozden brings a fresh perspective rooted in simplicity, quality ingredients and modern presentation, while respecting the comfort and familiarity guests continue to seek.
His arrival marks a new chapter for the hotel’s culinary offering, with a focus on approachable dining experiences that reflect the vibrant energy of Dubai and the welcoming spirit of the property.
