The Electricity and Water Authority (EWA) has developed the monthly fixed discount calculator service as a new digital service aimed at making it easier for subscribers to automatically and quickly know the value of the monthly fixed discount before applying for subscription, based on the subscriber’s average consumption over the previous period.
Under the upgraded service, it has been converted into a fully digital service through the EWA’s website and the ‘Tawasul’ app, without the need to visit service centres or contact the call centre.
