FOOTBALL – The Bahrain Football Association (BFA) talent and technical committees held their first meeting, chaired by BFA vice-president Shaikh Khalifa bin Ali bin Isa Al Khalifa.
The gathering took place at the BFA headquarters in Riffa, and it was attended by talent committee members, including BFA board member and senior men’s national team supervisor Shaikh Ahmed bin Isa Al Khalifa, youth national teams committee chairman Shaikh Salman bin Abdulrahman Al Khalifa, and other officials; along with technical committee members Mohammed Al Shamlan, Marjan Eid, Issa Al Saadoun, Ali Sanqour, and Ali Sabah.
The meeting reviewed the committees’ overall responsibilities as well as mechanisms for joint co-ordination between the talent and technical committees, ensuring the development of strategic plans aimed at attracting promising football players and providing a pathway for their inclusion in the kingdom’s national teams.
