Foreign Minister Dr Abdullatif Al Zayani met Saudi Arabia’s Minister of Foreign Affairs Prince Faisal bin Farhan Al Saud in Riyadh yesterday.
The discussed strong historical relations that bind the two countries and the two brotherly peoples, and the development that they are characterised by at various levels under the guidance of the two wise leaderships, and ways to enhance co-operation.
They also discussed accelerating the implementation of joint projects between the two countries within the framework of the Bahraini-Saudi Joint Co-ordination Council.
The two ministers also discussed regional developments, efforts to achieve security and stability in the region, ensure freedom of maritime navigation, and latest developments in the US-Iranian negotiations.
