The Works Ministry announced the closure of some lanes on Shaikh Isa bin Salman Bridge, heading from Muharraq to Manama, starting from Friday, July 10 for a period of two weeks.
During the weekends, the fast lane and the middle lane will remain closed from 12am on Friday until 5am on Sunday, with only one lane open for traffic movement.
During the weekdays, the slow lane on the right will remain closed from 5am on Sunday to 12pm on Tuesday, leaving the fast and middle lanes open for traffic movement.
Road users have been instructed to follow instructions, adhere to directional signs and take alternative routes to ensure proper flow of traffic.
