Al-Mahar Ghali Al-Arassi, belonging to Muna Al-Rashid, came in first place in the One Year Mare A1 category of the Fourth Arabian Beauty Horse Show Championship of the Late Shaikh Faisal bin Hamad Al Khalifa for local production at the equestrian field of the Military Sports Association in Riffa.
The event was held under the patronage of the Representative of His Majesty the King for Charity Works and Youth Affairs, Chairman of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports, President of Bahrain Olympic Committee, Honourary President of the Royal Equestrian and Endurance Federation (BREEF), Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa.
Al-Mahar Ghali Al-Arassi managed 89.75 points while A’ali Madras, owned by Ali Al-A’ali, came in second with 89.69 points. In third place was Zubair Al-Muhana, owned by Naseer Al-Muhana, with 89.31 points.
The One Year Mares B1category saw Hamdan Al-Naseem, owned by Ali Fakhrawi, finish in first place with 89.81 points, in second place Fakhir Al-Naseem, belonging to Khalil Mukhtar, with 89.19 points, and third place Riyan Al-Manama, owned by Mohammed Jaafar, with 88.75 points.
The two-year mares category saw Kiyan Al-Nebras, belonging to Sayed Ibrahim Nu’man, top the ranks with 89.94 points. In second place came Ola Abdul Jabbar’s mare Nemer Al-Amir with 89.19 points, while Zaeem Al-Jabria, owned by Jaber Said, came in third place with 88.94 points.
Raheb Al-Arasi, also owned by Muna Al-Rashid, came in first place at the three-year mare with 89.50 points, followed by Khalil Ibrahim’s Mizo with 88.88 points in second place, and Mohammed Jaafar’s Faras Al-Manama in third with 88.13 points.
The Stallions from four to six years competition saw Khail Al-Arassi, owned by Muna Al-Rashid, came in first place with 89.75 points. In second place was Nebras, belonging to Mohammed Abdul Qader, with 89.25 points, and in third place was Jani Al-Shakhouri of Mohammed Al Ali, with 88.13 points.
The Stallions from seven to nine years saw Bahrain Star, owned by Mahmoud Al-Shawoush, finish on top with 89.56 points. In second place was Amir Al-Shakhoura, owned by Bashar Al-Sayed, with 89.56 points, while third place went to Salman, owned by Abdulaziz Al-Baqer, with 87.69 points.
In the championship’s competitions, the results were as follows:
Mare Championship (one year age) Gali Al-Arassi, Hamdan Al-Naseem and A’ali Madras finished the Mare Championship (One year age) in first, second and third respectively.
For the two and three year championship, Raheb Al-Arassi finished in first while second and third place went to Nebras, and Nemer Al-Amir, respectively.
In the Stallion Championship, Khayel Al-Arassi came in first place, Nebras in second and Bahrain Star in third.
