Twenty-six outstanding volunteers from different charities were honoured for their contributions over the years at the Elite Resort and Spa, Bahrain.
The event, organised by the Tree of Life Charity Society, was held under the patronage of Labour and Social Development Minister Jameel Humaidan.
Society board chairman Khalil Al Daylami gave a speech on the occasion before volunteers were presented with plaques and awards.
