Amidst new details surfacing every day regarding the Germanwings plane crash, a mobile video clip has been reportedly found from the wreckage site. The footage shows the harrowing last moments just before the crash.
Two European newspapers claim to have seen the footage, according to them the passengers can be heard screaming 'oh God' in panic as the plane descended in the French
Alps.
German daily Bild and French magazine Paris Match claim their reporters have seen the few seconds long video clip. The footage is said to have been found on a memory chip that could have come from a mobile phone inside the aircraft.
The passengers knew what was happening and that they were going to die.
According to reporters who have seen the video, a sound of metallic banging can be heard. Both newspapers suggest the bangs could be of Captain's attempts to open the cockpit door.
The black box voice recorder indicates that Andreas Lubitz, 27, locked his captain out of the cockpit on Tuesday and deliberately flew Flight 4U 9525 into a mountainside, French officials say, in what appears to have been a case of suicide and mass murder.
