Aldar Properties, a leading property development company in Abu Dhabi, has appointed David Dudley as its new executive director for investments and partnerships.
Dudley has over 20 years’ global real estate experience, including nine years in the Middle East and North Africa (Mena) region as director of operations.
During this time, he was responsible for JLL’s regional offices in Abu Dhabi, Saudi Arabia and Egypt, executing multi-disciplinary assignments including development advisory and transactions, investment transactions, leasing, valuations and strategy.
Welcoming Dudley into the fold, CEO Talal Al Dhiyebi said he will playing a vital role as Aldar expands its capabilities within development team.
