Twelve people have been arrested in Pir Mahal, Pakistan for a case of revenge rape where a rapist was let off after allowing the victim's brother rape his sister.
The first rape took place on Tuesday. After he was identified by the victim and her family, the two families met. The rapist's family begged for forgiveness and requested the victim's family not to take legal action.
The victim's family agreed on the condition that the victim's brother would rape the perpetrator's sister.
The meeting between the two families was attended by over a dozen people where the terms of the agreement were settled. Neither of the two families would take action against the other. On March 21, Wednesday, the victim's brother
raped the accused's sister.
