The Eid Al-Fitr holiday for UAE's public sector will start on Thursday, June 14 (29th day of Ramadan), according to Al Bayan.
In case Eid Al Fitr falls on Friday, June 15, then the holiday will last until Sunday, June 17, said the Federal Authority for Government Human Resources.
It extended Eid Al Fitr greetings to UAE President Shaikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Dubai Ruler Shaikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum and Abu Dhabi Crown Prince and Deputy Supreme Commander of UAE's Armed Forces Shaikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
The authority also extended greetings to the Federal National Ruling Council members, the people of the UAE and the Arab and Muslim nations around the world.
