Kuwait City - A convicted Kuwaiti woman, who evaded arrest for two decades, has been caught by the police.
The fugitive, on the run since 1998, was sentenced to four years in prison in a case of fraud and corruption.
The criminal investigation officers in the governorate of Al-Ahmadi arrested the convicted woman and referred her to competent authorities.
