Thinkers & Doers, co-chaired by Amandine Lepoutre and Nicolas Narcisse since September 2017, hired Virginie Berçot in September 2018 as its General Manager, Virginie Berçot will be in charge of the coordination of the three Thinkers & Doers’ activities: Institute, Consultancy, and Creative Lab.
Since January 2015, Virginie Berçot was Associate Director at BETC (Havas Group), agency within which she co-built BETC Corporate, a dedicated offer for corporate brand management. Before that, Virginie worked for Protéines, TBWA\Corporate and TBWA\Corporate\Non-Profit.
Today, companies that are still growing are those bringing their business model to focus on their purpose: the meaning they want to give to their actions, and the interactions they want to build with their ecosystems. Thinkers & Doers gives new ways to think and build commitments. Our Think & Do Tank enables citizen companies and organizations to work differently, sustainably, on many other levers than communications. This is the very reason why I have decided to start this new adventure with Thinkers & Doers, says Virginie Berçot.
Thinkers & Doers aims to contribute to the emergence of citizen companies and organizations. Thinkers & Doers is an international network, offering an alternative to traditional models of consultancy and communications agencies, while developing services for companies and institutions that want to conciliate their economic performance with their positive impact on the society.
Thinkers & Doers INSTITUTE gathers new leaders during international events and through digital tools. This network is made of members and organizations coming from the civil society, companies, academics, politics and art, and offers training programs (civic hubs), meetings, working sessions, and studies. - Thinkers & Doers CONSULTANCY gives solutions to companies, institutions, governments that want to think and act in the direction of an inclusive growth: strategic planning, editorial platforms, leadership programs, commitment, mobilization and opinion campaigns, events, and meeting programs.
Thinkers & Doers CREATIVE LAB, driven by an exclusive cooperation with international designer Sam Baron, imagines and settles new models of expression, allowing commitment; space design, event scenography, content curation, artistic collaborations, digital content, visual identity, and publishing.
Thinkers & Doers today, is a team of 30 people, including 20 of them in Paris and 10 in Dubai and Lisbon. This is 20 000 Thinkers & Doers, members of the international network. This is 30 citizen companies, committed and engaged. This is a network of 3 civic hubs, at the Ecole Pro of Beaubourg, at Station F, and at Mohammed VI Polytechnic University. This is an annual conference gathering 250 leaders in Essaouira, to work on citizenship, conscious capitalism and companies’ inclusive growth. This is one hundred partners, sociologists, economists, journalists, digital experts, analysts, researchers, artists, designers, contributing to publications, leadership programs, training sessions, and editorial tools for our clients and partners.
