HUNDREDS of prizes were awarded to students as Al Noor International School’s Central Board of Secondary Education second celebrated its Annual Day.
Trophies were awarded to Manashree Mahesh from Grade One, Ryan Danny (Grade Two), Vedika Sudheer (Grade Three), Santhosh Kumar (Grade Four), Adwaith Joby (Grade Five), Shweta Sonarikar (Grade Six), Dyuthi Beth (Grade Seven), Ridha Rahman (Grade Eight), Sarathy Ramanan (Grade Nine) and Shamila Salik (Grade 10).
Mohammed Jabir from Grade 11 was given a trophy for science while Eman Khan was awarded for commerce.
School chairman Ali Hasan also handed out various awards.
Students of all age groups displayed their talent through entertainment programmes over the two-day celebrations.
Chief guest at the ceremony was Indian Embassy second secretary Renu Yadav who handed over trophies to academically meritorious pupils from grade one to 11.
Also attending were school director Dr Muhammad Mashood, principal Amin Hulaiwah, head teachers, Education Ministry officials and Indian Embassy officials along with parents.
