The Shaikh Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan statue has been unveiled on Friday in Shaikh Zayed City, located in the 6th of October area, Giza governorate of Egypt.
The statue which gives a dedication to his generous and companionate relationship with Egypt is made of 7 tonnes of pure bronze by sculptor Esam Darwish and is 7.35 meters high, with pedestal it rises to 17 meters above the ground.
The ceremony for the unveiling of the includes flags of both countries, attended by Moustafa Madbouly, The Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities, Egypt and also UAE officials.
