MANAMA: The Landmark Group has launched e-commerce sites and apps in Bahrain for Home Box, its brand of value furniture, furnishings and décor.
The launch is part of the group’s drive to offer customers an omni-Channel experience across devices and stores.
Home Box’s presence in Bahrain spans 74,000sqft of retail space across three stores.
The company said its customers in Bahrain can make purchases on HomeBoxStores.com or by downloading the Home Box iPhone or Android app.
The sites and apps currently offer over 2,000 products.
The brand’s offline quality assurance, Promise Plus, is applicable to products bought online as well.
This includes a two-year furniture warranty, 48-hour delivery and 14-day mattress trial.
Another feature is Click & Collect, which allows customers to shop and pay for their household items online and collect them from a Home Box store the next business day.
Other features on the sites and apps include easy returns within 15 days, cash on delivery and the group’s Shukran loyalty programme.
Customers can link their Shukran account with their shopping account to earn and spend points when they shop online or on the apps.
In addition to Home Box, the Landmark Group offers e-commerce and omni-channel for seven of its other brands in Bahrain – Centrepoint, Splash, Max, Mothercare, Shoe Mart, Lifestyle, and Home Centre.
