RIYADH: Saudi Arabia has announced August 11 as the first day of Eid Al Adha, which marks the end of the Haj rituals.
The Saudi Supreme Court yesterday confirmed that the crescent moon of Dhu Al Hijjah had been sighted. Accordingly, the Day of Arafat, which is the day of Haj that falls a day before Eid Al Adha, is on August 10.
