Gitex Shopper 2019 opened its doors at the Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC) on Tuesday (September 24), with a variety of deals and promotions for consumer electronics buffs.
The event will also feature daily prizes, giveaways, and interactive experiences to keep electronic fans of all ages entertained.
"The appeal of bumper deals, unbeatable promotions on the latest electronics and a raft of additional try-before-you-buy experiences across the show floor ensure Gitex Shopper continues to attract visitors year after year," said Trixie LohMirmand, senior vice president, DWTC, the event organiser.

The show will open daily from 11am-11pm, with tickets priced at AED20. Children under five enter free, while student groups of 50 and above can get tickets at AED10 per student. Visitors spending more than AED300 will get six hours of free parking at DWTC.
The event also sees the return of Gitex Shopper Trade-in, which rewards visitors with vouchers to spend during the exhibition when they recycle their unused electronics during a five-day amnesty.
Also back are the Shopper Games featuring PC and console tournaments throughout the five-day event, with exhibitors offering exclusive discounts and deals on products and accessories to meet gamers' demands.
In a dedicated zone for younger visitors, Gitex Shopper has partnered with Kidzania to host a range of activities such as face painting, arts and crafts, and painting, according to Khaleej Times.
