Bahrain: A fashion show highlighting India’s most traditional women’s attire – the saree – will kick off the diamond jubilee year celebrations of the Indian Ladies Association (ILA).
Nazakat-e-Hind, to be held under the patronage of Shaikha Thajba bint Salman Al Khalifa, will depict the different kinds of sarees in India, the various forms the attire takes across the regions of the country and the graciousness that emerges when women wear them .
