MANAMA: Bahrain Airport Company (BAC), the operator and manager of Bahrain International Airport (BIA), has been recognised by the British Safety Council for its commitment to protecting the health and well-being of its employees.
BAC is one of 147 organisations to win at the International Safety Awards 2021, which celebrate organisations from around the world that have demonstrated a commitment to preventing workplace injuries and work-related ill health.
Commenting on the win, BAC chief executive Mohamed Al Binfalah said: “This achievement reflects the hard work and dedication of our entire team. BAC is committed to continuous improvement and further enhancing our safety standards and practices. We believe that our commitment to safety is an investment in our future success and we look forward to a rewarding journey with the British Safety Council as a leader in this field.”
