A man in Egypt had around 100 nails and a hex nut extracted from his stomach entirely without traditional surgical intervention.
The procedure was performed at Bani Suef University Hospital through an extended gastroscopy, managing to extract all the nails without the need to perform any surgical incisions.
It's unclear how the hardware ended up in the man's stomach.
