Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay is offering diners exquisite iftar and ghabga experiences this Ramadan.
Celebrate with family or friends in the Arabesque-inspired Ramadan tent with live music by lead vocalist and four members of the famous Opera House of Egypt.
Oriental Speciality Chef Tony El Khoury has ensured guests will be spoilt for choice with mouth-watering hot and cold mezze offerings, an extensive range of international dishes and a dedicated Bahraini cooking station featuring ouzi, saj, halwa and machboos.
Eighteen live cooking stations will line up Arabic and Lebanese specialties such as fattah, koshari, manakeesh, falafel and shawarma to name a few.
Moreover, Executive Chef Leonardo Di Clemente has created a range of international live cooking stations that will satisfy even the most jaded of palates.
Guests can look forward to a miscellany of global cuisines such as Japanese sushi, Italian pasta, Spanish paella, ceviche, Indian street food and mixed grill.
They can also indulge their sweet cravings with an assortment of desserts – artfully crafted by Executive Pastry Chef Imad Boukly – including knafeh, maamoul, baklava, ice cream, chocolate fountain and an extravagant cake buffet.
Iftar will be from sunset to 8pm at BD32 net per person (including food, water, Ramadan juices, Arabic coffee and Moroccan tea).
Ghabga will be served from 9pm to 2am and costs BD34.5 net per person (including food and Ramadan juices).
Children aged six to 12 will be charged BD16 for the iftar and BD17 for the ghabga, while those under the age of six can dine for free. Special rates for both iftar and ghabga will be available for groups of 30 people and above.
For those interested in celebrating at home, an iftar or ghabga takeaway menu has also been specially curated by the hotel. It is available from 5pm to midnight, every day, during the holy month.
