ENDURANCE HORSERACING – The Royal Endurance Team concluded its participation in the 120 kilometere Regional Group VII Endurance Championship, held at the Butheeb International Endurnace Village in Abu Dhabi, with strong rider participation.
Team rider Rashid Raed Abdulrahman finished ninth, followed by Saud Mubarak Sabt in 10th place. Khalid Mohammed Jumaa placed 13th, while Khalid Raed Abdulrahman finished 15th.
Riders from the UAE secured the top three positions. Shaikh Ahmed bin Humaid Al Nuaimi took first place, followed by Fares Ahmed Al Mansouri in second, and Saeed Ahmad Al Shamsi in third.
Director General of the Royal Stables and the Royal Endurance Team Dr Khalid Ahmed Hassan said the team’s participation formed part of a comprehensive preparation plan aimed at improving the readiness of riders and horses and gaining further experience in regional and international competitions.
He added that the team benefited from the event in terms of technical exposure and performance assessment, and congratulated the UAE riders on claiming the top three places.
