MANAMA: LuLu Group director of marketing and communications V Nandakumar has been recognised as the ‘retail marketing and communications icon of the year’ at the annual RetailME Summit 2022 held in Dubai.
Mr Nandakumar won the award “for his dynamic leadership in spearheading and transforming the marketing and communications of brand LuLu over the last 22 years across different countries.
The award winners in the categories of technology, IT, e-commerce, logistics, marketing and communications across the Middle East were chosen by eminent jury comprising leaders from global organisations such as Meta (formerly, Facebook), Google, TikTok, Zebra Technologies and Images Retail magazine.
