The decision to gift a BD25 voucher to every government school student just before the start of the new academic year deserves applause.
This initiative, that will enable students to purchase school supplies, will reduce expenses of many families, although many are already done with the purchases several weeks before the start of classes.
Nevertheless, it is a wonderful idea from the government to relieve pressures on the people. Sometimes the financial support is modest, but if it is given at the right time and without expectation, its impact is beautiful and appreciated.
There is no doubt that our wise leadership follows with interest what is published in local newspapers and everything that is circulated in councils and through social media.
The government spares no effort in coming up with initiatives to support the people.
These initiatives are an addition to efforts aimed at directing all available capabilities in the service of citizens to enhance family stability.
I commend the government’s efforts and its interest in developing education and improving its outcome in line with the needs of the labour market.
I wish all students success in the education process and being Bahrain’s bright future, becoming qualified humans who are able to contribute to its progress and development.
