A special campaign to inspect food trucks in Seef District was organised by the Industry and Commerce Ministry.
A team from the ministry inspected several food trucks in co-ordination with other government agencies.
It aimed to ensure the customised vehicles meet safety and health requirements, in addition to the vehicles being parked in designated areas.
The ministry’s Assistant Under-Secretary of Controls and Resources Abdulaziz Alashraaf added that minor violations were reported and the owners of the food trucks have been notified, adding that inspection campaigns will continue.
