A MULTI-CULTURAL festival was organised by Bhavans - Bahrain Indian School (BIS) to mark Bahrain’s 51st National Day.
Eleven countries were showcased with students dressing in the ethnic costumes of the country they represented.
The event featured customs, dances, cuisine and culture of different nations with stalls selling handmade articles, food and games.
The proceedings from the event will be donated to different charities in Bahrain.
Directors Himanshu and Ritu Verma and principal Saji Jacob applauded the efforts of students and teachers to promote unity in diversity through cultural festivals.
