Mitel, a global leader in business communications, has announced first-of-its-kind managed services partnership in the Middle East region with the leading Pan-Arab MSP, Kalaam Telecom Group.
Effective immediately, the exclusive partnership focused on the new hybrid model of cloud-based applications enables Kalaam to deliver highly secure voice and collaboration solutions such as unified communications as a service (UCaas) and contact centre as a service (CCaas) for enterprises and governments across the Saudi, Bahrain and Kuwait regions.
The partnership will allow Kalaam to tap into Mitel’s expertise in unified communications and collaboration technology to guarantee seamless communication over robust solutions such as UCaas and CCaas to deliver outstanding customer experience.
The integration of artificial intelligence (AI) layer to these solutions and cloud-based model enables secure infrastructure for remote, hybrid and digital workplace environments for SMBs, enterprise and government sectors.
The Kalaam-Mitel partnership provides businesses with freedom of choice between subscription-based monthly cloud-hosted option or classical on-premises solution offering greater flexibility and reducing the overall cost of ownership.
