A FORMER convict who allegedly stole a mobile phone from a sleeping man’s home and emptied out his bank account has denied charges of impersonation and theft.The 38-year-old Bahraini worker is on trial at the High Criminal Court and has been accused of using deception to swindle BD750, gaining access to a person’s digital identity without permission and misusing an electronic signature .
