The New Millennium School, Bahrain celebrated its annual day under the theme, ‘Disney Wonders @ NMS’.
The event featured a presentation of music, dance and drama by students inspired by four classic Disney tales of kindness and compassion – Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, Frozen, Beauty and the Beast and Aladdin.
Indian Ambassador Vinod Jacob was chief guest on the occasion, with Education Ministry representatives and principals of various schools also attending.
School chairman Dr Ravi Pillai applauded the school for its success in academic and co-curricular fields as principal Dr Arun Kuumar Sharma presented the institution’s annual report and various milestones.
Employees who have completed 20, 15 and 10 years of service were honoured.
Students securing 100 per cent attendance during the past semester were also recognised and special mementoes were presented to parent community members for their support.
